Album Description:

These photos were taken in Chilapa, Guerrero (c. 1458). Located in the region referred to as "La Montana". For many years the town held a wonderful Sunday market featured in some of the photos. The market was moved in 2002 to "new" quarters.

  • Hey, great pictures, but it looks pretty deforested outside of town. I'm a hobo and I look for things like tree or bush cover to camp out in and it looks like I'd have a hard time around Chilapa,hey!!! Thanks for the pictures
