This is such a great collection of all the places you were able to see, as it does give a sneak peak into the magic and exotic flavours you can experience there! So much raw diversity, textures and extremes! I lived in Bombay for 2 years which was an....... experience. I was able to tour the country a little bit fortunately and fell in love with the Rajasthan area the most! Anyway, some of your fantastic shots rekindled some awesome memories for me!
