How fascinating to visit a part of the world to which few of us have the opportunity to travel. The construction of the houses fascinate me most. Roof thatching seems so similar to what we see in old European houses. Are houses built so high off the ground due to seasonal floods? Looks like a handy storage or animal shelter area other times. Series such as yours always make me want to see more and know more about the area photographed.
