  • I LOVE Bisbee. Thanks for the trip down memory lane. My mother was raised in Bisbee and lived on the hillside by the high school. My grandfather was a mining engineer at the Lavender Pit Mine. The Copper Queen is an awesome hotel ... Oh, and my mom graduated from Bisbee High School in 1922 .. eloped in 1925 to Tombstone, the county seat at the time.
