j.rochow@comcast.net is retired foreign service officer, one tour in Vietnam as provincial representative of embassy, second as educational exchanges officer at USIS and third as consul and political reporter in family reunification program. Love your slides. I have several hunndred of my own, but am too lazy in retirement from dept of state to reorganize and digitalize them. Keep up the good work!
