This is still one of my all time favorite albums. We have made two trips to Texas Hill country since I first saw your images. It is truly a beautiful place, especially in the spring! I was sad that we have not had sufficent rain for the bloom of wildflowers this year.:-( Maybe they will have a big return next year! Thanks for sharing your talent with us. segseven, OKLAHOMA

Hello Ann. Thank you for inviting me to look at this album. What a gorgeous selection of photos showing landscapes covered in a 'carpet' of blue. You did a grand job. What a feast for the eyes. Thanks also for your lovely comment in my 'Bluebells' album. Glad to hear they brought back memories of England for you. Hope they didn't make you too homesick or have you been away too long? Take care. Best wishes, Jayne/West Midlands, UK :) xx

Thank you for the comments on the Egret and Blackbird fight. It was amazing to watch. The poor egret PO's not only one blackbird but another one at the other side of the pond. It was a battle to behold -- going on for more than 15 minutes. Now, your bluebonnet album -- incredible. I've never had the chance to see the bluebonnets in bloom in TX. Guess I have to add that to my life's to-do list. I understand that you get all kinds of interesting butterflies also. My email is ewleach@aol.com

Thank you for sharing these wonderful Texas photos. I was born in Breckenridge and much of the scenery is similar. A wonderful reminder of days past, and I appreciate it very much. Ray

Beautiful photos. I visited the Willow City Loop this year too. Was more breathtaking than the bluebonnets around Hempstead. What speed film did you use? Filter? Maybe I'll see you next year.

Stumbled upon your site after doing a search for scenes in Texas. I'm from San Antonio, went to school in Austin, and now live in Florida. I downloaded a few of your bluebonnet photos for my desktop! What great photos! Sure does make me homesick. Thanks so much for sharing them.
