one other thing. How much of the old buildings are still standing? This is the one place I haven't been but I really like the architecture and would like to get some photos of my own.

I love your albums. You have captured soe much history in them. I live up in Dresden and really enjoy seeing all of the photos of places I have been to and know.

My father lives in this area and does some volunteer work for the mental health committee or whatever they call it. He took me there several years ago and I wanted to take pictures, but I didn't have the nerve to go all around it and take the pictures that you did. All my life, I heard horror stories about it. We called it Bolivar and every time you heard the name, you'd get wide eyed. Anyway, I totally loved seeing this. Thanks and keep up the good work!

I was admitted here as a child in the 80's. Does anyone know how I can get my records from the boliver asylum? I really need/want to see them. I was so sad and over medicated at this place. I even ran away. Was caught and put back in days later. :(
