Greetings, Stephen! Thank you for sharing your view of Kiev. Going through your pictures of the city was like reliving my own tour of the city a few summers ago. I went to all the very same places! However, I really enjoy getting out into the countryside, so I invite you to take a look at my photo albums of Ukraine. Our cover shots for our albums were taken from the very same spot! I haven't yet gone through your other travel albums, but by their titles I see that you've been to many, many of the same places - Agra, Jaipur, Varanasi, Istanbul, Kathmandu, Italy, Greece, and the same cities in the States as well as northern England (although I'm from the US). I don't have my far-flung travels postes as most of those photos were taken on slide film some time back; I just have the recent digital pictures up. Just curious: In Ukraine, were you on a tour or did you manage on your own? If you don't speak the language, how did you manage? I speak Ukrainian but have always thought that the country was quite a challenge to non-speakers. India and Nepal are easier, I believe, for English speakers. Vera
