I've rarely seen such magic streaming from photos. There is much more depth, intensity and feeling of satisfaction in each shoot than probably in the place itself. In any case it's beautiful. You are lucky to be able to go to these places and thank you for giving other people the chance to experience the feeling of them in such a beautiful way, through your pictures.

Bravo! When I look at photos on Webshots, I always use the 5 second pause. Needless to say, I put that up to 20 just so I could gaze longer. I set here, and can't imagine in this world of ours that right now there is a place that beautiful. Only wishing Indiana was closer, and that maybe a mountain or two in a cornfeild wouldn't be a bad thing. Thanks so much, your pictures reminded me once again what a great creature our God truly is. Hey there, just went through your gallery, beautiful pictures!! Wow, breath taking, I can only imagine in person!! I found a site the other day while checking out other photography sites that you might enjoy, its called ShutterStock. You can upload your photos and then if they meet their criteria, they will accept them, then everytime someone downloads your picture, you get paid!! Its pretty cool, I've made a couple of dollars so far, haven't been on it long. The pictures are used worldwide for advertisements, websites, magazines, etc... pretty cool thought though. Check it out if you are interested!! http://submit.shutterstock.com/?ref=6132

Andi-not a proclaimed pro, huh? Its obvious in all your shots that you should be!! I've downloaded 8. You sure have an eye for observing the best in a picture, if I could be so lucky. Your Alaska #12, College fjords 086, Reflection, river 2, Reflection 2, Paint Pots, the close-up of the owl and Emerald Lake 3 are more than beautiful and will set well in my screensaver. You're welcome to visit my world on the south central coast of Oregon whenever you wish. Thanks for the show. Ron

Hi Andy, This album has been truly inspiring for me as my husband and I just decided recently that these two parks will be part of our next vacation. We plan to make the trip up the California/Oregon/Wash. coast to Vancouver & then through the Canadian Rockies, down to Yellowstone, over to the Colorado Rockies, back through the Utah Canyonlands and home to California! As this will be a very full trip to pack in so many incredible sights, I would be very greatful if you could tell me what your most favorite & "can't miss" spots were from your trip! I will be doing a lot of research between now & when we go (probably next July), but there's nothing like hearing from someone whose interests are the same as yours...and all my vacations are planned around the best photo ops! Thanks for your input & thanks for sharing these incredibly beautiful photos! God bless, Lynn

Whoa! What great pictures! I'm checking out new digital cameras and I'm only hoping to find one that can zoom as well as yours did on that grizzly picture. The bird picture is not an eagle though, it's an osprey, I think. The brown streak from eye to neck is a dead give-away. It's rare to get az close enough photo to see that streak. One of the cool things about Ospreys is that, once they've caught a fish, they fly with the fish's head turned into the wind (while in the osprey's talons) so that bird and prey are more aerodynamic. Neat, huh? Keep up the good work.

Hi Andy! My husband and I enjoyed the slideshow of this album very much. We especially loved the reflection photos from Banff National Park. We've never been there. It was also very interesting to see the photos from Glacier and we noticed some of the damage from the wildfire from last summer. We were there about 2 weeks before the fire started. Hi, Andy. Thank you so much for sharing these pics! Its been a while since I browsed the community photo albums, but I was feeling rather exploratory today, so I clicked on your new album (you're in my favorites list). My favorite in this album was the "roots" pic. I'm by no means an art critic, but I think that picture is definitely one to hang on the wall. I downloaded that pic and several others. As usual your pictures are amazing! I'm so jealous of your ability, not only in recording your adventures so magnificently, but in your ability to take frequent trips to such exciting places! I had bought a new camera, Fuji Finepix S5000 with extra lenses, before my trips in May, but I think I need a class on how to use one with so many features. I can't get great shots like you do. Did you get any training or just picked it up over time? You're my very favorite member! I always look forward to your new photos. Thanks! Joan - Chicago suburb

Your photos of Glacier NP give me goosebumps!! And make me want to return there again really soon. I was there I think 3 years ago with my son Jonathan and my daughter Julie, who are both, by the way photographers. I have many fond memoried of that trip with these kids so those photos almost gave me tears. Thanks so much for sharing. I have a Fujifilm S5000 which I recently purchased and dearly love. Baryshnikov commenting on Fred Astaire related how after giving a "great" performance he'd come home and put on the tv. Catching an old Fred Astaire movie he felt that he had to try harder, YOUR photo's are screaming that out to me. Oh, yeah...How did you get that Bear? John

Hi Andy, This is such an extraordinary album. Your photos are everything I strive for and only occasionally capture. Thanks for travelling to places I love, have been to or want to go to. How did you get that bear photo??

Wow... just wow. I just wanted to say thanks for posting these amazing photos. I'd be content with having only your pictures as my desktop collection. 10x better than anything Webshots has in their stock. I think I'll check back here when I plan my next vacation.

Hey Andi, I sure do hope that yo have more coming because these are just great! These parks are so beautiful anyway, but I have to say my favorite so far is the close-up of the canoes on the dock. Amazing work--keep on sharing. Mike
