TJ, I am not sure if my first note went through. Thanks for your kind words about my Canyon de Chelly. I really enjoyed Ocean and Mouintain Views and likewise your shots of the Desert SW from UTah (Brice, Zion, Monument Valley, Arches, Canton de Chelly, etc.) all of which we have visited. When we visited Zion and Brice about 7 years ago I had a cheesy little tiny first generation Canon Digital. Now I have a Canon S2 IS and I must say, digital life has improved! I did use a Mavica for about 5 years as well. Thanks for the walks along memory lane, your encouragement, and some inspiration too! While Yosemite is calling me, I must get to Hawaii one day as well. Travel well. Phil in Alaska

Hi Ray, Thank you, I appreciate your compliments. I can see you love in particular the mountains and Hawaii, creating beautiful images. Great shots of a magic wilderness. I am not sure why Webshots featured my Mt. Sutorman album, since it is only preliminary, a small part of a larger photo reportage of my Balkan travels, and consists of drive-by-photoshots. It is even minor to most of my other albums on my still small homepage http://community.webshots.com/user/kmebert. Some later albums will display various images and the canyonlands of Montenegro, the best such region in Europe. But first I well be working on Macedonian albums. Anyway, should you like to see more of the upcoming albums, please, drop me an email, so I can directly send a viewing invitation. cheers, Konrad kmebe001@yahoo.com

Thanks for your kind comments on my album of the West Coast. I enjoyed this album, too, because I lived for many years in the Pacific Northwest and explored much of it. Your photo #3, of an Oregon lighthouse, is of Heceta Head Lighthouse. It's pictured in a lot of calendars, etc. #5, Coastal View, is from Neahkanie Mountain looking down at the beach at Manzanita. #26, Mountain meets the sea, is of Tillamook Head (mtn) in the background, with Haystack Rock on the beach at Cannon Beach. I have spent many happy hours there relaxing and exploring, so these photos have been great to see. Did you know that the Astoria bridge you photographed is 4 miles long? It was dizzying to drive going north, especially heading down from the high point. Great photos - great memories! Shirley

I liked you photos of Oregon and WA coast. It make me wonder what camera and tele lens your using, because I took a collection of sailboats and about 1 of 3 were vinyetted simular to some of yours. Rod Hicks
