I never made it there when I was a young sailor in the 1970's because there were no infrastuctures to support a large aircraft carrier with a population of 6,000. I think this might be my favorite of your albums. The Golden Buddhas, the ornate buildings, the monks, the kids in native dress, the lovely butterfly, the beaches,the orchids, the food, the sunsets and the guesthouses. All combined to show such beauty that it makes me want to go there to visit.

Hi Tom. I just took a look at your Thailand album. Some super shots which bought back lots of memories of my visit a few years back. Unfortunately it was in celuloid days so can't be put on Webshots without lots of scanning. Being retired I just dont have the time any more, I'm too busy! Hi Tom. Your Thailand album is stunning. I spent a weekend in Bangkok last year and took a few photos of the temples there. Very nice Thailand album. Reminds me of my trip there long long time ago. I've Thailand pics too but it's in the other account, the Mokarega, not the Mokarega2. My pics then weren't so good as I was a greenhorn then. But they get better. Your photography is excellent. Love those silhuoette pics and sunsets too. Its hinterland consists of over 70% virgin rainforest and is the best preserved but little known tourist destination in Thailand.
