There are two group camps at Cheraw State Park, as well as a third camp for horseback riders. All three camps, and the tent/recreational vehicle camp, are on the far side of the lake from the beach, Recreation Building, luxury cabins, and golf course.

A weekend camping trip sounds good to me. I would need one of the luxury cabins. The park looks nice.

Hello Everybody, Sylvia and I have discussed the possibility of having a family camping weekend at one of these group camps next summer. Brenda suggested we have a pig picking. Maybe we could have both. People who don't find the primitive camping suitable could rent a luxury cabin and Billie and Jim could stay in their motor coach. The kids would love it.
