  • ciao Trudy. You're also a good ambassador ;-), aren't you? yes, I really love my city-home, and this moment is really fantastic, everything seems to be done well. Everyone now knows where Torino is placed, and how it is beautiful. I hope you'll enjoy the other (more 'arthistic') albums. Ciao. Mauro

  • Hi Trudy! Thanks so much for your nice words in my Thank You album, and for your kind support and encouragement. I also thank you for these wonderful albums of the missions - I must visit them all myself some day. My sister, who lives in Missouri, has been to them all but I have only been to a few and I'm in California! Plus, I am currently studying the music of the missions in my US Music Survey cl####, so it would be a good thing to do all around. Your photos inspire me! Warmest greetings from California, Beth

  • Thanks for the comments on my mission albums and others. Nice selection of photos on your also. One tip I have, is that for the flags and also in your LaJolla Mormon Church pic of the bugle boy at the top, shoot those on an angle. It creates better depth and also fills the frame much better. Anyways, the Mission San Juan Capistrano album of mine is short, because I just stopped there on my way to Carson that day. So I was there for a very short time. I will have to go back and definitely shoot more shots there. The whole town around there is very photogenic, as it has the style that fits with the mission. Again, thanks for checking out my photos. I checked out the photos of the missions I have shot so far; San Diego, San Luis rey, and San Juan capistrano.

  • This is one of my favorite missions along with Carmel & Santa Barbara! You've captured it perfectly! It looks like we stood on the same spot when we captured the 1st peppertree in California:).

  • What a nice treat, to go along on your trip to the Mission! If I am not mistaken, this is the one near you? Anyway, it was a nice surprise to view your lovely pictures. I am assuming they were taken with your new camera. It does a great job...or is it just the photograpner?? Love you, Barb
