I too Fell upoun this web site by pure chance. I am tracing my grt grandmothers family of PULHAMS who were from Stradbroke from as early as 1480. the last of my line to live there as far as I am aware is my Grt Grt Grandfather Samuel Pulham b 26 Oct 1863. He left Stradbroke after 1881 and moved to Essex where he married an essex girl in 1885. He was a carpenter wheel wright just like his father before him Charles Pulham 25 Sep 1814.

Having moved three times since leaving Stradbroke Modern School it brought back some pleasant memories to see images of the village in which I was born. My wife Julie(nee Nunn)and I both attended the School between (69-75). My e-mail address is grahambiggs@supanet.com
