Love this place and its flavour just leaps out at you the minute you arrive! Creole/cajun cooking is the tastiest and just kicks your tastebuds into gear! I love the "three umbrellas, bourbon st., lamp and ferns, ferns, and Mask Composite", best. HOwever, really enjoyed all of these shots, as it just sparks a wonderful memory! Great job as always my friend and have a wonderful day! smiles and all, amy :) Chuffed that I am the first to sign....yeah!

Your New Orleans' photos were so nostalgic to return & view them once again! This time however with a lot of sadness.... I pray to God that his magnificent Church in that city was saved. I will visit New Orleans as soon as it is put back to it's former glory as depicted in you fabulous photos! Thank you for sharing this city with us. A friend from 'Downunder':-)

Hello Gary, extremly well done, your photo collage of "the Big Easy"! We just visited for the first time in 2004 and fell in love with the city. Then we were due to visit again the week after the Katheriana disaster! Makes my heart ache to see what happened to this Queen of the Mississippi! Thanks for these incredible photo memories! Have a wonderful weekend, Marita

This is a great album, I guess that the picture that I like the best is: As the Ground Sinks, you certainly did a great job on that one. There are a lot of really nice photo's however. The city of New Orleans is certainly in the top 3 in the USA for sure, incredible interesting city, with some real culture. San Francisco and Charleston being the other 2. That is my opinion however. If this album is not a featured album it certainly should be as it is WAY better than some of the albums that have been featured. Stephen/Orlando,FL.

Being from New Orleans, these photos have a special meaning to me. The architecture of the French Quarter and the Garden District is and will always stay beautiful. Thank you for the lovely album.

These are the finest photos I've ever seen. I am a native and today is Mardi Gras! I've lived in NJ, since 1970. I still have 2 sisters, who have survived Katrina and all of the areas you've photographed are still intact. The church referred to is The St. Louis Cathedral, where I've received many ashes on Ash Wednesday. This, is the New Orleans, I remember. The photos, take me right down Memory Lane! God Bless and Thanks, again. Sharon
