  • I just love Arizona! I would love to live there if there was a better water situation.

  • This is a beautiful set of photos showing many sides of Tucson. Your close-ups are stunning and the desert and ruins shots are so interesting and beautiful. Lovely album! - Best regards, DeeAnne :)

  • Hello Kaethi and Henri, or should I say Bonjour, Thank you for your wonderful words in my Gb you are both so kind. This must have been a truly enchanting trip through the desert. so many surprises to find under stones, and the large cacti like the one in your super pic#5. You are very brave to go near that Diamond Back I think that iI will leave the Snake to you, I have a morbid fear of them so no snake albums from me, Yes carolynn did have a big hand in the planting, like you we try as much as possible to do things together and really enjoy one anothers company. It is nice to see that #28 and 29 portays the very good people that I would now dearly love to count among our friends, many greeting and you enjoy your weekend likewise. Ken and Carolynn

Michel

  • I wondered if you both had been to San Xavier. It is really a beautiful sight and you've captured some of the awe within. The history of San Xavier is fascinating. This is one of the first places I visited when I moved to Arizona. I didn't have a digital camera then so must get down there again as this gorgeous mission has been fully restored. Your photos throughout Arizona are really great. Also love your gem and mineral collection. I too, have a hobby collecting those. September, October is the perfect time to be here. Hope your visit then is a wonderful one. How long do you stay when here? Take care, Sharon

  • Thanks for the comments in my guestbook regarding Arches National Park and also my featured album today. We had a great time at Arches. It was such a beautiful place. I've been to Phoenix, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon, but never seen Tucson. Thanks for showing me a place I've never seen. Of course, the sunrise is my favorite and I don't think I would have been as close to the snake as your photo, but this is a great album. Again, thanks for your kind remarks. Bob
