Michael, I am profundly touched by your comments. When I will visit Ireland again some day I will take that picture you have in your memories (at least I will try). I wish I could go back 68 years and take this scene with a 4 year old boy running down the street. Thanks

Seventy two years ago I seen the light of day in Kinvara I would love to see a photo of the main street looking down from the hill towards the sea. My dad used to work as a carpenter on the right hand side looking towards the quay. An old man used to play a melodian on the left hand side about four houses down he sat on a stool I think he played sea shanties. I am trying to remember back 68 years. I enjoy the site thank you.
