I just love the Ancient History of this land and you have captured beautifully the feel of the people and the uniqueness of the country. Hi Peggy. I had already seen many photos of Egypt, but yours give us the real ideia of the greatness of those beautiful and ancient History remaining pieces. It is quite impressive. I liked very much that photo of the shadows camel/man projected in the sand. And that old lady with the pink echarpe, on the felluca, made me remind the film based on Agatha Christie's book, Death On The Nile. Any crime on board? Thanks for feeding my fantasy. I'm not sure why the blue coloring though.<br> #s 5 & 7 are excellent because they show the relative size of both the pyramids (with the buses at the bottom) and the Sphinx (with people). I too, could have used a fed more captions at other sites, but #17 brought a chuckle and shows (from the rear) just why being atop a camel feels so wobbly - all that weight on those skinny legs! We sailed on a felucca also on a beautiful and surprisingly clear day in Cairo. People haven't seen traffic congestion until they've ridden around in Cairo!
