I always look forward to see your new pictures Jacques. A friend of mine went to Corsica every year and urged me to go and visit because of its stunning beauty and history. I got some things with the Pirate's head on it, so Corsican. I love the Blue cornflowers too, a shame that with all the pesticides most farmers have killed them. It warmed my heart to see them again. It must be a beautiful experience sailing along the coast and finding a deserted beach and have a picnic. One day I will have to go and visit and explore everything. J'etais contente de faire votre conaissance, une agreable surprise. The bougainvilla are like a fire explosion so beautiful and red. They are my favorite....I wonder if you ate some of that juicy pig meat in the restaurant and of course with a bottle of wine. Merci beaucoup pour ce plaisir de visiter une partie de la Corse avec vous. Amicalement. Juliette

Thanks for inviting me to see your new album. It's a very beautiful place and your pictures are, as usual full of color and joy: the mountain views, the rocky roads, the wild flowers. I found the wild boar and piglets adorable! Also, one of my favorites is the shepherd's house (#25). Great album, Ina in Canada (Webshots should have a spellchecker for me, I find myself saying Ooops! just after I post my messages)

Oh, Jacques - these are even better than the last! You were very lucky with the sun this time. The rocks are incredible and the colors gorgeous - Ruggero will love them all, I'm sure. What an incredible place. And the piglets are too cute. Thank you for this visit to paradise, mon ami! Love and hugs from California, Beth

Hello, Jacques, Thank you for inviting me to view the sequel to your journey through Sardinia, the Magic Isle. Being an admirer of rock formations and rocks in general, and enjoying actually working with rocks, I appreciate the rugged beauty of the Sardinian landscape, the constant ups and downs and vistas, the structures built either of natural or quarried rock (thinking of the tedious and back-breaking labor involved in building them). It must have been a real challenge to drive these narrow, winding roads , with frequent drops . Aside from landscape, I also enjoyed your photos of flowers and animals you encountered, my top choice being the two sequels of the sow with her piglets. They look downright beautiful - a description normally not given to them. It was sheer joy from the first to the last photo. With my best wishes and regards, bruno

CIAO Jacques and THANKS for this wonderful homage!! Yes I love this isle and its sun and deep blue sea, but mainly I LOVE its more unknow and wild aspect. As you show us in Corsica there are mountains, woods, secrete little rivers and all the natural beauties that a man can love and appreciate. My name in this album is a wonderful gift for me and also an invite to return in this natural jewel; I will enjoy again like in past its beauties, but in future I will have in my mind also your vision of this paradise. About your shots what can I say to show you my pleasure ? My bad english is not sufficient to describe my joy to look again at this landscapes and my growing desire of a new trip! Landscapes are all wonderful like for example views of Evisa, shot 12 is a perfect macro with its white subject over a dark background, bouganvilles colors are a pure beauty in those cold days. Calanchas di Piana are a dream for the hiker that is in me (today I make my Week End short training hike in woods near my home…… what a difference my friend….. : -( ); your golden herbs are a great subject in front a so fantastic landscape and, to end, Ficajola beach is a pure dream ….. Great shots as always in your collections and excellent and complete comments. I will wait your others album with impatience and I will dream a new tour this summer with my motorbike…. Again THANKS for this hot views in this grey Sunday!!! CIAOOO Ruggero

Bien amicalement. Ange

Cher Jacques, what a pleasure to continue this trip with you and Pierre! The opening shot is PERFECT! It is indeed Eden View!!!I downloaded it together with Nos.8/55/65. Magnificent scenery! The Calanchas di Piana, with all those stone formations and the pink rocks look like the atelier of Mother Nature! The colour of the sea is unbelievable! A real delight! Look forward to see the next one! Tres amicalement, Gabriela

Hello Jacques! One more memorable trip with Pierre and you. Corsica is, indeed, very beautiful. I loved the strange red rocks which have been transformed by nature and look like monuments. The view from the rocky mountain road into the bay and the sea is spectacular. Have seen nothing like this. It is so blue and so beautiful! No wonder it has been declared as a world heritage site! Excellent photos, as usual. Thanks for all the captions to remind us where we are. Thank you too for sharing such exquisite pictures. God bless you! Best wishes, Suresh
