Good work! I admire the way you hone in on textures and details rather than going for the "postcard" look. Using the same camera in the same place, I produced far less interesting results (qv).

Hi Jeff, Thanks for the note you left.I bought a new all-in-one today which will help me scan the l**d knows how many slides I have.It was costing me a fortune to pay Walmart to put them on disc for me at 50cents a pop. So stay tuned for added pictures to my Expo album and others. Including the Expo pics I have a couple hundred to transfer. It'll take me a while. I recently got a job because I was tired of living on disability and making a pittance. Because of that, I am absolutely exhausted. I will. however, try to get to those slides ASAP. Hi Jeff, I am back from Beijing with over 1100 photos taken (some of the kids in the hospital, some of the people I was working with) with a good number of those artistic photos, including one just like the first one in this album. I have posted 2 albums from China so far and will later post ones for the Wall, the Lama Temple, and the Forbidden City which I had only 90 minutes to view and try to photograph. Sadly the restoration work is making the interesting peeling painted doors all shiney and fake looking. I will post comparison photos when I do my Forbidden City album.
