Hello Gladys, Still great photos wire and all. Your entry in my unwanted guest album brought me back. That album was just for fun, and to tickle my WS friend Pat. Although some what true about unwanted at our pond, I love the bird too. If you noticed the dedication to my science teachers friend, she also went into the defence mode for this spectacular bird..lol Smiles, and hugs from Laura

Great photos of birds! I understand about interference in photos from cages, fences, iron bars, etc. Never-the-less, good pix! And, thanks for your kind words about my album(s).

Hi Gladys, I'm back again. Are these beautiful birds native to Australia? I always associated them with the jungle, but in my recent visit to the Brevard Zoo I noticed that they had them within the Australian section of the zoo. Wherever they're from, they are beautiful and you have captured them very well. Thanks, Paul in Florida

Hi Gladys..Such a gala of beautiful birds!! How stunning are they and yes it is sad to see them in cages, but at least they are protected if born in captivity!! The Red Capped Parrot is just super stunning..WOW all the colors reminds me of that "Coat of Many Colors"..I just love birds and due to my computer being down, and my camera full, I missed out on some fabulous bird shots when at my friends up the coast for Easter. They come and sit on the chairs, peck on the doors..I did manage a few weeks earlier to get a few shots of a Kookaburra....and yet to put up, along with still a ton of other photos!!..The bird photos are just gorgeous Gladys and it was just a delight to see them all and some new ones also The South American birds and Plum Headed Parakeet are awesome colors. Nature has nothing to compare to, as it is just perfect in it's combination of colors. I just am lost for words when I see some of the magic of the colors in action. No artist can compare to the perfection of nature. We are all humbled, and just observe and learn from the greatest teacher there is...Mother Nature!! Tks also for your kind words in my new flowers album, and I tk you also ever for your help with names that get lost in the vacume of age, or just plum don't know. I fixed them up tks again, and tks for sharing the beauty and abundant variety of bird beauty that you share with us all..Take care and have a really great day...Em

Hi Gladys. I've been checking the names of some of the parrots and I better change at least one of mine. You called one "alert parrot". Is that what kind it is or were you saying it was alert?. I have photos of that parrot and I don't know what it is. Anyway, I enjoy looking at this album and I thankyou for sharing. Your friend Al..

Hi Gladys, gotta love this album! Every bird is lovely. That Plumheaded Parakeet was taken perfectly. The triplet of Sun Conures just as cute as they actually are, we had one, then another..my husband got very ill and we had to give them up, they needed so much attention. I still get to visit them now and then as they are now producing babies! Wondering what the grey lumps are beneath Corellas eyes.. Male King Parrot gorgeous! Hey, when you told me of the Weero name back then you spelled it Weiro, which is correct, as I'm using it in Buddy's album? I never would have been able to leave that place, I stay for hours just at the pet shop when I shop for Buddy. Never tire of birds and babies. How are you? Your friend near Chicago, Barb

Hi Gladys, ss you probably know, I love photographing and just looking at birds. This is a beautiful collection and I know that photographing animals, especially birds, in cages is not easy. Sometimes I think that the people who build the cages go out of their way to make it difficult on us. The birds are beautiful and ignore the cages. Thanks for your kind words on my NY album and keep on shooting, Paul in Florida
