Your memories of Singapore are breathtakingly vivid. # 93 is a beautiful shot! All the photos are beautiful. That Sentosa Island is really marvellous, no wonder it means Tranquillity in Malay. I have now seen so much beauty and fabulous architecture that I am about to burst. Thank you very much! Merike

I just read up the chronology of the Raffles Hotel at their website and realized that this was the original Raffles but refurbished. Oooops! The refurbishing happened in 1989, but I left HK in 1965. Leslie

I haven't been to Singapore since the original Raffles went byebye. Great city, very cosmopolitan. HK tried to follow Singapores lead on their No Spitting stance! Great album, sure you loved being there. Leslie

Hi Marita, I share the same feeling as you do, eventhough I didn't have the opportunity to stay in Singapore as long as you did. I went for holiday but for some reasons I couldn't explain, I'm especially attracted to it. I really missed Singapore, even now. The beautiful photos you took evoked sweet memories... Thanks very much! --Alice

Hi Marita. What a fabulous experience this must have been, living in Singapore for 4years. I had a similar opportunity of working 4years in Rome, Italy, so I know how it feels. Unlike you though, I am able to make frequent trips back to Rome. I have really enjoyed your album, especially the shots of Raffles Hotel. Such elegance. Take care and best wishes, Jayne/West Midlands, UK :) xx

Hello Marita. Thank you very much for your comments on my pictures from China. Just happened to pass by this album with your great photos from Singapore. I know the feeling. It is hard to leave this place. I too was blessed with a long stay in this colourful and beautiful city, spending one year in Singapore Management University. I'm looking forward to seeing your other albums from Singapore. Anders.

Hi Marita, thanks for inviting me to this album. You spent 4 years in Singapore and I had only 10 hours to spend... Thanks for sharing these beautiful views of Singapore with all of us. Best wishes from Israel, Yair.
