Album Description:
Get out a camera near any group of children in Crimea and it is a good bet you are going to have to take a good many more than one child's picture every time you click the shutter.

Hi David, I took notice of the kindergarten children. I'm working on some article about children's ministry can you share more about it? My email add is montejo-rachel@lycos.com

Can you identify the orphanages? My daughter is from one in Stroganovna, near Simferopol and the orphan girl pictured there are wearing clothes very much like the ones she was at the time. It was over 6b years ago, so she wouldn't know them, but still ...

Hi David, This is a wonderful album although heart breaking to some extent. The children are beautiful but look so under nourished. I'm sure they are better off now than they were before you started helping them. It's a marvelous thing you're doing. God Bless You. Judia

Hi David, Thank you for your comments on my Ukraine albums. I'm awfully curious what you're doing in Ukraine for the last 13 years. I've never been to Crimea, though I'd love to go, but we visit my husband's family in western Ukraine and during my three-week stay, other than visiting a lot of family, I usually have time for only one trip somewhere. Last year we tried to make it to Mt. Hoverla in the Carpathian mountains, but were rained out. We had to turn back due to floods and landslides. Who knows what this year will bring. I'll be in Ukraine again in July-August for another family get-together, this time for my in-laws' 50th wedding anniversary. Although I was born in Canada, my parents are from Ukraine, so I speak the language. So do my children, so when we're there, we fit right in -- except that everyone can tell by the way we walk and talk that we're from America! Would love to hear from you. Blessings!
