Hello Gladys, I can't believe I'm the first to sign your guest book, and count it as a privilege. Your Painted Sky shots are so spectacular, and all the more so for being natural. Beautiful photos and some interesting cloud formations. Congratulations on a job well done, and best wishes from Keith.

Oh My Dear Gladys. You've done it this time mate. I love this album to bits. What a fantastic lot of colour the West Aussie skies provided over the last few months. This is a feature album for sure. Next time I visit I'll look for longer and see if I can pick a favourite. Once again mate, I love it. Thanks for sharing. Your friend Al...

G'day Gladys, Some Very Nice Work! Don't you just hate TV antennas & power lines ? They always seem to be right where we don't want them. You have really done a great job here, the colors are fantastic & the dark folige makes a wonderful forground. It looks like a feature album to my eyes. Thanks for the kind words in my guest book. Have a great week. Nev

Gladys, Sorry, late in answering, computer went down a couple of days back, just now getting caught up. You've a eye for catching the beauty in the skies, so many to chose from, will have to come back when I have more time, but for now, thanks for your invitation to view this nice album. Hi Gladys...been gone awhile..and catching up and this is another of your beautiful sky treasures. My you capture some terrific beauty from your backyard. I love them all...and am really intriqued by the beauty of Jan 22..and the small pink fluffy clouds that cover the sky...They are just beautiful. The first ones are awesome and just like a big fire. Once again, tks for sharing the beauty and majesty of the Western sky of Aussie...and the power of the blue beyond...Take care and have a really great day...Em..p.s. shall put up an album soon and may need your flower expertise for a few species. Ever thankful!! Kind regards....Em

Hi Gladys, your skies are wonderful, especially the cover picture of this album. Skies on fire! Those colors are unbelievable!!! Our skies are mostly blue without any clouds - or maybe I do not look 'up' enough. Just now we had some days with a gray and dusty sky. The sun looked like the moon through the filter of dust. Thanks for your explanations about the ladybirds. I looked at that ladybird website. I didn't know that there are different species. Those with the white masks look funny! Do you know the whole text of that Ladybird song? I could write it as captions... And how are you these days? The temperatures are down now, Yahoo says that we have the same temperatures today!! :-) It IS a wonderful day! Gladys, have a wonderful day too, lol Galit :-)

Hi Gladys, thank you so very much for your effort to find the text of that song. I didn't come to my mind to try THAT on the net!! So much information!! I enjoyed it very much. Then I added the text as caption to the pictures of the ladybirds and I added a thank you to you to the description of the album. Now it's perfect! :-) Galit

Wow, Gladys, you have got the most gorgeous skies ever! My favorites are January 22, February 27 & 28, and March 13 & 18. This should be a feature! Love it! Keith

Hi Gladys, if these are the kinds of skies you get in Australian, I have to hasten my plans to visit there. These are simply great! You should have a webcam to the skies from your back yard. Thanks for your very kind comments on my Brevard Zoo album. The Cockatiel/Lorikeet was a typo and thanks for catching it. I have already corrected it and added the "Australian Weiro" to the description. I simply hate when people mislabel their pictures. I want you to know that I included the dingo and other Australian wildlife to honor you and my other Australian friends who have been so generous to me. Thanks, Paul in Florida.

Hi Gladys. It's great to see that you have been getting some great colour in your afternoon and evening skies. The palm tree or banana tree in your back yard blends in perfectly. It looks great, very tropical. Thanks for sharing. Hugs to you my friend. Al..

Hi Gladys!! I agree with Keith about your beautiful additions and I always remember the first time I view Skys of yours and was amazed at the beauty captured from your backyard. You share such a beautiful part of Aussie culture and do it beautifully. You have a perfect 'possie' for viewing this spectacle and I am envious as I have a hill behind that blocks most of it although I did go up late yesterday as I was leaving in my car and could see something beautiful glowing in the clouds. I did have fun and took a few shots thought not as spectacular as yours and haven't even had a chance to see how they turned out. I have lost all of my photos not uploaded as my computer died and all is still on the drives and yet to be recovered. Anyway if I do find any goodies I shall put them up as Painted Sky is such an inspirational album full of too many beautiful skies to name. Tks heaps for sharing some more of natures great creations. Take care and have a really great day...Em

Hi Gladys...I just wanted to say a big 'Thank You' for your kind words in my shock feature yesterday. I was away and it was a lovely 'shock' surprise and am on my sons computer that I have borrowed to finish some work for commission painting. I shall be back to look at your new album...as am just doing a quick thank you of my fav friends and supporters on here. Galit has a marvellous new album that I couldn't resist...but then I realised I shall be here forever...so I decided I shall thank you guys and then be back at a later time to view your new and no doubt beautiful work of Clancy. Take care Gladys..and have a really great day....Em

Hi Gladys and many thanks for your comments in my new National Parks of WA album. Like you, we hadn't been there in donkey's years and it was a bit of a spur of the moment decision but we're glad we did because as you know it was a lovely day. There were hundreds of people there enjoying bbq's etc and the facilities around the place have improved out of sight. Best wishes, Peter

Hi Gladys. What amazing shots - like paintings indeed! Love your albums (sad to say, mine remain unlabelled cos set up by lazy person - moi!)and have introduced a lot of friends to them. One of them, my aunt, visits Perth quite often (She has a flat there.) and like everyone in my family is a dog-person. Would it be all right if she looked you up next time? My email is kes_my@yahoo.com if you think you'd like to meet her. It's perfectly OK if you're not free to do so. Hope to hear from you soon.

Thanks Gladys :o) Nice compliments, especially from a great photographer! I love your sunsets. My butterflies... well the only trick is patience :o) Anyway, in butterfly farm there are so many that sooner or later... Sorry for the delay answering, I was in NY ;o) I will look into the blog text box (happens to me too), but I seriously doubt it's something to do with your screen settings... Cheers Roberto
