Your round barn is awesome. I have seen only one other and can't remember what site it was on, I think one from the State of Oregon...Sort-a looks like where the smurfs would live. <BIG SMILE> Love the one you shot of "Eastern Townships Qc." I also like the second one... lucky people to get to live on such a beautiful piece of land... Good job...com/user/linao

I enjoyed this album very much Luc. Your photos are terrific and you sure found some neat barns to photograph. I grew up on a farm and barns have always been special to me but am now just recently photographing them. Thanks for your comments in my album of the Columbia Gorge. God Bless, Jane

First I want to thank you for your nice words in the guestbook of my yesterdays featured album. I like this album of yours very much. The barns are totally different from the barns we have in The Netherlands. See:http://community.webshots.com/scripts/editPhotos.fcgi?action=viewall&albumID=49646581 (Not every photo in there is a barn) Best wishes from the Netherlands, Mieke

Hello Luc, I am back and looking for some more beautiful photos for my puter. I LOVE your photos, this time I chose Barn/Grange 1, 5, and 6. These photos of rural life bring back so many happy memories for me, and the skies and surroundings in these photos are almost too pretty to be true! You are certainly an excellent photographer, thanks for the photos. Candy

I really liked #26 photo. The style is so different from any barn I have seen. It is interesting to me, how we are from all over the world but certain things like the barns, covered bridges, waterfalls, flowers, etc. all capture our hearts the same. I enjoy your photos very much. Thanks for all your creative work. Dynna

Bonjour Luc, And again you show us the beauty of Canada. Those colourful barns carry so much atmosphere. What struck me the most are the special colours in some of the pictures. For instance nr 8 Bromptonville, it looks in fact like a painting. If you did that on purpose it's very well done. The same goes for the Mystic photos (nrs 2 and 3) very nice effect! Tjebbe

Luc! Hello Hello!Have been so enjoying this album today -just love Bromptenville shot of Barn, home and gurgling stream- so very pretty and tranquil.Monteregie with the fields of maize and the barns and L'Assomption impressed me so much - the barns are so unique and the roof lines amazing -I guess because of the extent of the snowfalls in the region.I was told many moons ago that you do not need a freezer in Canada you just store your frozens on the porch!I don't know if that is true or not but the photo that really captures me is" Horses at Sunrise".What a wonderful honour to see and photograph that little moment in time! You say you live in the built up city Luke -to capture these amazing photos like you do -do you travel a lot at weekends etc or is the magnificent country side not too far away from you? There seems to be just so much history around you and so beautifully presented always!Thankyou so much for being so supportive of my albums - sometimes I feel a bit silly putting my things on them as I'm not sure whether they'll be O.K or not.Wish I could send you over the perfume that goes with the flowers the Rhododendrons are so gorgeous at the moment and they smell sweet and woody with a sprinkle of nutmeg blended in -a really sweet refreshing perfume that makes you feel good when you take a breath!Have a wonderful week ahead Luc -Just close your eyes and pretend you're in the garden!Best wishes from Kimbolton,New Zealand-Lynne

Hi Luc. I see my first visit to this album was over a year ago. I probably like it even more now. I'm older you know, and hopefully we appreciate things more as we age. (: Anyway, it is always a joy to view your great photography. I wish to give you a big thank you for signing my Beauty in Cemeteries album. I'm sure that isn't going to be a popular album but that is fine with me. I'm just glad even one person could relate to what I hoped to capture and share. And Luc, if you are weird for liking time in cemeteries, then I consider myself in good company. Thanks for your comments and signing the album. Have a wonderful day. Dynna

Hi Luc! Thanks so much for the kind comments in my guestbook. Yes, I lost my oldest brother. I'm the youngest of five--3 brothers and a sister. I've lost 2 brothers now and my sister is suffering also from cancer and we don't know how long she has left, but we're hanging in there. Thanks so much for the concern--it meant so much! I've always loved this album and your additions are beautiful!!! I can just hear the stillness of those farms, except for a cow mooing, a rooster crowing, and all those lovely "away from the hustle and bustle of the city" quiet moments. Have a wonderful week and I'm so glad to hear from you. Sharon
