Hi Gladys! These are really beautiful photos and what a great garden you must have - so tropical! I particularly love the frangipanis (always been a fan of these flowers) and am very intrigued by the queen of the night - such a beautiful flower! Thank you for your kind comments - I too believe it's important to provide good captions and present the albums well, of course, I sometimes forget or think I haven't got enough time - but it is worth the effort in the end :) Warmest regards, Kate

Oh Gladys, what lovely flowers are growing in your garden. I love all the delightful colours represented in the Gerbera's, and the fragrance of the frangipani just softly entered my nose while looking at your gorgeous photos! The Queen of Night is such an unusual flower, does it have a fragrance at all? SO many wonderful beauties, thank you for sharing your fabulous garden of delights. Warm wishes, amy

Hello Gladys. Since my featured Swans album and couple of others in which you wrote some nice comments, thanks you. I have been up to my eyes in work, as well as getting well and truly addicted to digital photography, you will see just how much, if you visit my list of albums, it has increased somewhat. I emailed Keith (Magikeith) and was saying how much of a problem I am having finding my way around both insect and botanical books so that I might give some at least give some their correct names titles. He reckoned, you as a botanical wiz might be able to help. I know we cant be any further apart as far as geographical locations are concerned and that your flora and fauna are different but you might be able to help. In fact you already have as now know what a couple of plant are from your album. If you could help it would be appreciated. Take care and my regards to you Paul

Hello Gladys, I like the Blue Salvia, we are more use to the Red variety, You asked me a question about a rose. I could not find the answer for you. So I have delved into Rose cultivation a little bit. Did you know that there are over 8000 different kinds of Rose. puts a stop to my idea of doing an album of every single rose. It would be interesting trying though if I started when I was 8 or something. Our Roses are just about blooming now so the camera is iching to get out of its case. Getting back to this album, some very beautiful coloured flowers, all as usual brilliantly photographed. take care Ken

HI Gladys!! WOW!! Your garden is such a delight and just loved the Queen of the Night!! As a child, we had a plant growing outside my bedroom window, and it was a night flower that released a very strong scent in the night with its flower open!! The flower was different, and I remember it as 'night cestrum" and it certainly was a very strong scent!! I always love to view your flowers and I always learn and remember forgotten names...Tks Gladys!! Your garden is just awesome...and your flowers are beautiful!! Great captures Glady's..and that stunning photo of the Red Hibiscus...just gorgeous as I find that red is just such a difficult color to capture well!! Tks for sharing all of the beauty of your garden and have a really great day...Take care...Em from Aussie

Hi Gladys, your flowers are wonderful! You have a very good feeling for perfect close-ups! I like the Gerbera Shadow in picture #2. And I adore your Frangipanis - I think I took them all! :-) Our Hibiscus blooms usually all over the year, but just now the red ones have an ever more intense red than all over the year. I see the same beautiful red in your Hibiscus picture! :-)Wonderful 'Queen of night'! Wow! I got some entries about your additions to my Ladybird album. It makes everyone happy! :-) From now on I will count the spots and I hope there will be always 7!! Gladys, I hope you are well! Have a wonderful day! Galit from Israel

Hi Gladys, what a wonderful display of colors and shapes! With these many beautiful flowers in your garden, how do you find any time for anything else? I am very impressed with your photographic as well as botanical skills. I particularly like the Frangipani. They remind me of the flowers used in Hawaii for their leis. I didn't know there was such a great variety of them. Keep them and your photos blooming, Paul in Florida. P.S. Thanks for your very kind comments on my albums.

Hello Gladys, Right off, thanks for the your invitation to "My Flowers 2005" album, wonders of wonders, they're all beautiful!! Especially like #14 and #39 and a couple of questions: Plumbago is beautiful and have downloaded that photo...what family does it belong to? I've never heard of it, but then there's a lot of things in your area I've never heard of...and the flower frangipanni, sounds like it might bring in the honey bees. True? Oh, been off-line for a day, now have to catch up. Glad to see your updated album-note. Best regards and thanks again. Ron/Oregon Coast

Hello Gladys! it's a pleasure to look at your new flower photos from summer and autumne! The Frangipanni are so wonderful! We think that these are the same flowers we have seen in Singapour, we didn't know the name. The queen of the night is awesome! The Zygo Cactus is a cactus plant that we don't know, beautiful with the red 'leaves'! Thanks for giving us all the names! Have a nice weekend! Hugs and love, Henri and Kaethi

Hi Gladys. I'm sorry I haven't visited for a while. Another beautiful album to add to your collection. I think the apricot frangipanni is my favourite. When you are labeling the photos do you have a flower book at hand because what amazes me apart from the fact that you know what they all are is the fact that you can spell the names. Thanks for sharing mate. Hugs from Al..
