Wow Orly, another wonderful album. Apart from the great shots, very educational once again. Sadly the education is about war so much, but I guess that's inevitable when it comes to Israel. Was so surprised to see one can actually ski in your country :-) I really really love that cactus flowers picture (34). All the best, Mark

Ooooh, forgot to mention those really cute children shots in the end of the album are among my favourites too :-)

Muumble... mumble....mumble. What will be my first argument? Your INTERESTING informations or the QUALITY of your shots? I choose informations Ok ? I don't know why, but I have the feeling (probably I'm only arrogant) that some of them they have been written with an exact idea in your mind :-). Anyway I think all notices that you wrote about Yon Kippur War, Druze life, etc are REALLY INTERESTING. It's an incredible gift for me have similar info from a native like you (I mean with your eyes for life and beauty and with your heart). As usual I LOVE your way to describe people, their life and your/their past and I think you are ALWAYS objective (if that is possible). About photography.... as usual a beautiful album with your best result with macros and children. For sure you take good landscapes, but frequently shots with flowers and children are MASTERPIECES (probably you have a more sweet spirit than I imagine :-D)..... My favorites macros are 5 (for sure you take only a shot during the more hard part of your hike, but it is REALLY good), 7, 27, 33, and the WONDERFUL cactus flowers in 35. Children shots are a beauty as always in your albums my sweet Orly :-D and I think 18, 41, 43 and 45 are Fantastic! To end my contemporary portrait in 19 is GREAT!. I will send you some notices after this comment.... for now... my THANKS for the informations and my APPLAUSE for your shots! UN ABBRACCIO Ruggero

Orly I am your biggest fan! What a sheer joy to see your lovely photos, as always. I particularly like seeing the photos of "people in cities", and the landscape is amazing.

Hi Orly, thanks for your last, long message! I'm happy you liked the bottlebrushes! :-) It is one of my favorite trees. Yes I rested at the holidays - and now I am on a month off work. I mean I work only at ONE place, that's less than half of work. . . . but we are STILL waiting for being busy! Now is the time when everyone tells us, that no baby ever stayed 'inside' ;-) so soon we will welcome him. I hope you had a lovely Independence day! I see you used the time to load up the most beautiful album! I see it is still green up there and still a little snow. # 5 a wonderful clear close-up! How could you hold the camera still during climbing. Someone told me, that those close-ups should be taken with the help of a tripod. I NEVER use a tripod. # 7 lucky you , to find a Hermon tulip - and catch it forever! # 9 /10 what a wonderful view from the battle hills. #19 Ein Kinya Man II - a great shot! # 23 Ein Kinya, Downhill Mt Hermon - again: WOW, what a view! You got it great - even as you are photographing against the sun! # 28 :-) a tree for me :-) # 32-35 The blooming sabres are gorgeous! All of your close-ups are perfect! #38 Tel Fahr Memorial Overlooking The Galilee Finger, - a great composition! # 45 The 3 Brats - I see you had lots of fun! Great pictures of those kids! # 49 - The Banias - Wow - again! Thanks for all the information! :-) Orly, have a wonderful weekend! Galit

Hi Orly! Thoroughly enjoyed your album. Particularly enjoyed reading the political overtones of the places you have visited. The comments on the Druze is, indeed, fascinating. I had vaguely heard of them, but this is the first time I have had this kind of information. As always your albums are full of people's photographs. It adds such a lot of humaneness to the whole album. The flowers of the region are another welcome interlude to the history and geography. You have,as always, produced a superb and educative album. Thanks for sharing all the superb pictures and the information. Best wishes, Suresh

Dear Orly. What a most wonderful and human albom . Sory for being late. Usually, I do not open privet alboms , as I saw all hug Elad alboms... But I was curious, and as an piping Tom I checked it carefuly and was surprised. What a wonderful albom, with most wise patriotic explenations that are not a vision in this days of post Zaionisim wakenes. I am proud to be a friend of an not only good phootografer, but an Israeli patriot and Israeli lover, an concept that is sometimes banal. Now I am going to check all the rest Hug-Elad alboms... Ran

Hi Orly, first of all: thanks for all the encouragement and later for all your blessings to the birth of Yoav. We have to do something about writing that name! The Family in Germany goes crazy about how to pronounce it! I tried to find the English or German name for it from the bible but I am not very good at it. I didn't know what 'cruel things' Israeli children do to hibiscus flowers. I used the Pinocchio expression only by looking at the flower. And then I tried it out myself! With a mirror! Imagine! About the tripod: Now I am relaxed! There are better things to buy: small baby clothes for instance. :-) Yes Yoav IS big! All around were a lot of premature babies born, so everyone was amazed! In the end I couldn't make it to be there at the last stage of the birth, so I did not have to decide to put those birth pictures on the web! Yesterday I took a lot of family pictures. Guy has still all of his GRANDparents and they have a lot of further family - it was a big happening yesterday for the little guy! So sometimes I take people pictures too! :-) Have a wonderful day! Galit

Hi Orly. Thank you for your comments today on my Disney albums. I added a few pictures today. Hope you will like them. You said that you have been to Disney World before. I hope the weather treated you much better than it treated me. It rained all the time I was there, and for 5 days there were a few minutes of sunshine. I used to chuckle when I saw license plates saying Florida The Sunshine State. Disney World stores sold out on umbrellas and ponchos. But, nonetheless it was fun. Take care and hope to see new photos from you soon. Regards. Majed

I feel you Orly :o) My stats are nowhere near the ones of some power members (or the guys that have been featured :o) )... Still, something is moving: they are (slowly) growing minute per minute, probably they have a night (for them) job running right now which is sweeping all albums. It will take a while, I'm sure you'll see some increases soon! Ciao, Roberto
