New Orleans is a landmark for America. It is a place with it'sown distinct culture in music and art. It is a FACE of America that must be rebuilt for all generations of Americans to come. Hopefully our government can set aside politics and red-tape to hasten the restoration and help those families that have been displaced.

Beautiful shots--I have been to New Orleans twice also & loved it all both times. These pictures are even more precious now after all the flooding and devastation there. Hopefully they can rebuild and that the old French quarter was not too badly affected. My heart goes out to all the people from New Orleans--Prayers have been sent from Canada.
