Hi Sharon...These images bring back some very fond memories in 1963' as I was driving Durango Colo. to Phoenix...I came upon this awesome sight of Monument Valley AZ..have always wanted to revisit because of all the natural beauty..I didn't have a real good camera then so my photos were very limited...Your captures & discriptions are fantastic.."Thanks for the Memories" as Bob Hope would always say!! I love Arizona and renewed my love of painting in Sedona in August of 2003. I stayed with friends in the Village of Oak Creek, 5 miles West of Sedona. Their living room windows displayed a gorgeous view of Courthouse Rock and Bell Rock. This was my painting. Your camera shots of Arizona are so beautiful that I have downloaded several of them for desktop wallpaper and screensavers. Thank you very much and I look forward to many more. I wonder if you could get photos of the Yucca blooming between Sedona and Phoenix. They were so gorgeous I wanted to paint them but had no camera with me for referencing the picture I was conceiving. I would not copy your photos, merely, use them as reference. My paintings take on a life of their own and it is that energy which guides my brush.

Hi, Sharon - My lucky day! I check on your albums and the first I open is your magnificent documentary of Monument Valley - great photos of this National Park with so many fantastic formations! You have captured so well not just the beauty of this landscape, but also the sub-standard living conditions of the Navajos which are part of the western scenery. This is one of the few parks I have missed - so, for me, it was a double pleasure to do this through your excellent photography! It was truly a treat, and my screen savers will be enriched by a good many of your photos.
