Mikael - I started writing down the names of the photos that I found to be exceptional, only to realize that I was listing them all. "Grass on Farm", "Way to the Wood", "Grimsholmen Cow and Cheep" - all of the captures in this album are exceptional - I find the use of capturing the lighting at the right moment gives your work such beautiful drama and interest. I discovered your beautiful photos because I was curious to see where my ancestors were from. I can see why my great-grandfathers felt at home when they emigrated from Halland and settled in western Wisconsin. The rolling hills, farmlands, and woodlands look very similar! Thanks for giving me a glimpse of a place I may never be able to travel to but that is important to me nonetheless. Keep sharing your skill at capturing Halland scenes! I appreciate them. Hi Mikael, I always envisioned Sweden as being mountainous. I guess that's because you're just south of Norway, but these are absolutely beautiful farmlands with some of the most beautiful greens I have ever seen.
