Eric, thanks for complimenting my today's feature album. I have been looking through your photo's. I especially like this album, but I don't think I could have been looking down, I would have been scared to death! Melody

Good evening Eric. Wow, you certainly covered some miles whilst you were in the States. You were only there for two weeks as well!! How did you do it? Whenever I go to the States it takes me a week to get over jet lag and for that reason we usually go for three weeeks. Really enjoyed viewing your pics. Such a variety and as always very interesting. So Vegas wasn't your cup of tea. My husband and I just LOVE the place. Each to there own I suppose. My best friend lives there and so it's extra speical to us whenever we visit. Brought back memories seeing your photos of Red Rock Canynon. We visited in April but the temperatures were unusually hot for the time of year. It was well into the 100's. I'll never forget the heat that day. Even taking photos was an effort.... Shall come back to view your other albums as soon as I'm up to date on all my g/b entries.Hasn't stopped raining here all day. Well, I suppose it's good for the garden and it saves me the trouble of watering. Have a good week. Cheers. Jayne xx

Hi, Eric! I'm thoroughly enjoying all your albums! Ash Meadows is only a few miles from one of my friend's house. It's a wonderful place. I went them years ago before boardwalks were built and saw pupfish swimming along the flooded "trail"! Joan

Hi Eric,Got your message thought there was only one more to see, but there is still two more, they will have to wait until tomorrow now.Thats the way to see the States fly in pick up a car and head for the countryside asap. I have done that three times now and we love it go anywhere stop anywhere. I have really enjoyed my half hour or so travelling with you through Nevada, some good pic's along the way. what intrigued me in Nevada was that every small town had a casino bigger than the town lol. The food in them was very cheap. We spent a coulpe of days in Reno, but I preferred the day we spent at Lake Tahoo. Just put an album on for Devon and Cornwall if you want to have a look nothing so exotic as Nevada but it was the first time in over 30 years since I was last there. I'll have a look at the others soon Ken

Hi Eric....and thriled to be the first to sign in an album of one of my most fav things and ways to travel...Hit the road in the car and just let it roll on!! Nevada is beautiful and looks like you had a ton of fun on the Grand Tour!! A few of my albums towards the back were from one of my road trips!!....What a magnificent album...and as you say..the thing in common...'loving the unusual'!! I guess it is more...the things that are always around us all that we can all too often take for granted!! I don't!! I am exciting when I go to bed about arising in the morning!! This album covers a lot of different landscape...and must have been a wonderful trip. 2,700 miles is a lot of tripping...but isn't it a wonderful feeling of freedom. I love it and downloaded a few beautiful screenshots to remind me to come back and view in greater detail the beauty of your trip!! Tks for your lovely words in my Charades in the sky feature and apologies for delay but I have been snowed under with an artwork deadline and a slow climb up the ladder of thanks. Catch you again soon my friend...and tks heaps for sharing and glad that you took the photo of that cowboy mural as it is always great to come across works of art that people take in their travels...BIG TRIP!! and was there lots of dust??..There was in one of my bigger road trips...and I think we ate it too...and after we cleared our sunglasses, we laughed and realised why things were a little hazy out towards the West.....Take care...kindest regards....Em from Aussie
