Wow, Peter I'm so impressed with this album. Beautiful place, beautiful scenery and beautiful photos. The park looks so much like our parks here in Canada if not for the plants and trees. But water and rocks look similar. Hugs, Tenia

Hi Peter, I have just enjoyed looking at your albums. We lived all our lives in W.A.until moving to Cairns in 2000. We spent 22 years in Albany and your South west photos made us feel quite homesick. We also travelled a lot around W.A. so everything is very familiar. Thank you, your photos are really nice.Ros in Cairns

You wrote in my guestbook: It looks as though you have been everywhere except Australia!! Just as well perhaps as you would put us Aussie photographers out of business! Great piccies and the entire album has been a sheer delight. Congratulations on the feature and best wishes, Peter in Western Australia Indeed, I have never been in Australia, but it high on my list of countries I want to visit. I enjoyed in particular your pictures of the West side. So maybe next year pictures of your country in my albums. Thanks for your reaction . Arie

Hello Peter! Thank you for your message in my "Sunday Drive" guestbook yesterday! It may take days for me to answer them all because I keep getting lost in beautiful albums like yours. My favorites here are #12 and #28 -- really love the rushing water shots but all are beautiful! Will be back to view more later! Thanks again for your visit! Jayne from Arkansas

Hello Peter. I have always liked to see the landscapes of Australia. For my it is a unknown and immensely great continent. In Australia I have a feeling always my surprise, my admiration, the stranger. I do not know the cause, but I love Australia and his inhabitants. Thanks Peter to share its beautiful country. Also thanks, for you kind words in mi guestbook. You are very generous with me. Best whises for you and yours. Jesús from Castro Urdiales, Spain.

Hi, Peter, This being our first guest book contact I first want to congratulate you on a wonderful and most interesting tour through this fascinating National Park and also my first view ever of Perth, which I always considered a small town on the West coast of your continent - and found a big modern city instead! I enjoyed the slide show, and plan to return to view a few others. Through my friend Kathy (katifelkai) and Al,looks like we have come full circle. My apologies for being so late in responding to your guest book entry on my small and modest Rancho Mirage album I thank you for your kind comments. With my best regards, bruno

Hi Peter, no I was not gone in summer hibernation! I was totally lost! My PC crashed and I was without the net for about 2 weeks! :-) Meanwhile Betty sure got rid of the plaster! I hope you two manage the household better now. Now you'll have more time for the garden! :-) This is a lovely new album. The rain made it sure much more beautiful. It seems your Jane Brooks is a majestic stream! I like the wonderful views of Perth far away - and not so far away! The wattle close-up is so beautiful. Peter, I hope you two are well! Have a wonderful weekend! - Galit

Hi Peter, I reckon you must have a season pass to all the national parks in WA. Another fine album showing off the natural beauty so close to Perth. You really know how to capture a sense of the bush, great work. Many thanks for your entry in my Fun at The Fair guestbook, it was appreciated, even though I consider it far from my best album. It's really just a collection of colourful snaps. Great to featured, all the same. Cheers, Keith.

Dear Peter, I followed in your steps through this beautiful park. You do have a rather "green" winter (?)Splashing in a creek in winter? Ouch!We could do with that creek here right now, as we are toasted by heat.I have quite a long list of photos I liked for the composition: 3/6/10/14/16/24/33/35/39/ 44/46/54. And I'd add the zoomed 21 and the duck at 31 which are great shots.Greetings from Japan, Gabriela

Hi Peter,a lovely new album from the John Forrest National Park,I very much enjoyed the slide show,it really is such a different landscape and environment from what I know and you gtrew up in,but beautiful in it's own natural way. Thanks again for your continued support and encouragement on my work, glad I stirred up a couple of pleasant memories for you in Fowey, sadly it was a little dark for a decent shot of the castle, perhaps anther time I'll get there earlier,Regards,Rod.

Hi Peter, A wonderful park and that was some long walk and full of the very things that I love about our National Parks. Wonderful to see the powering water as we need it everywhere in Aussie and thankfully we are being blessed with rain in the East at the moment. Loved the view of Perth with the big Gumnut tree gracing the side. I just love those trees and the beautiful Wattle that is blooming at the moment. There is some flowering up the hill behind too and I always love to see it! Jane Brook thundering over the Rocks is a great photo and can almost hear the rushing sound. Power shot my friend!! Great to see all the people in the Picturesque stretch obviously enjoying themselves and the trees in that shot are just beautiful!! Loved the big rocks and the Wayside Shelter, which looks like a cute Cubbyhouse! A whole lot of the beauty of the bush in this gorgeous album....and a wonderful way to spend the day and capturing it to share with us all!! Thank you and you have done another great job of taking us for a beautiful and refreshing walk!! I loved it!! Trust that Betty is feeling great again. Take care and have a really great day...Kindest regards and big hugs to you and Betty.....Em

An amazing album! I wouldn't be surprised if this album will be featured. You photos are great. I hope you aren't mad with me if I ask you about the tree on #43. Are you sure it is a Pine it's looks like a palm to me. Thank you for visiting my on June 22nd featured album and your kind entry in my guest book. To be featured is really something but all the nice words from the Webshots family made that day so very special. Greetings from the Caribbean Heidi, Q.Roo, Mexico

Oh, what a delightful park, Peter! I'm afraid I'd have to just wallow like a pig in all that lovely water. I'm assuming it is cleaner than our Rio Grande, which I'd have to scrub off if it splashed me. (R.G. does some amazing things for our part of the world, but swimming or wading are not among them.) I could almost imagine myself there walking there alongside your stream. I note they do not permit bicycles. Do they permit motorized carts for the mobility handicapped? Hugs to you both, Charlotte

Hello my old friend, got a bit of time after a very hectic couple of days, Thanks for all the GB's and kind words. Now this album I do like, the detail is incredible, and them long shots of Perth are extra special, As you know I love parts with streams and rocks and trees, to me a picture can't go wrong if you have those ingredients, you have them all one after the other. Well done and lets keep our fingers X'ed for it, good luck mate Ken of the Fens

Hi Peter, It's hard to think you are now in your winter season because looking at your pictures it still looks so summery. What a fantastic place to visit all we needed was the sound of those waterfalls because they really did look impressive after all the rain you have had. The views across to Perth are certainly impressive too but I think my favourite has to be that lovely pine tree and the wattle such a lovely flower. Love and Hugs Jill x
