I'm bored with the Super Bowl and decided to search worldisround.com and webshots for any new pics of Scotland. Came across yours of Yorkshire Dales. My husband and I are also James Herriott fans and have visited Thirsk and the Dales. We are envious that you had the opportunity to meet Alf in person! Great photos - can't wait to go back! Warm regards, Ramona Christmas

I'm going by the entry below and calling you Bex, I hope I got this right. Firstly, thanks for visiting me and signing my guestbook. Secondly ,thanks for making me one of your favourite members. Thirdly, and most importantly, thanks for loving Yorkshire, it is a beautiful place for sure. I will come back and see you again soon, kindest regards, Andy.

Hi Bex! Thanks so much for your nice message in my "All Creatures" album. How exciting it must have been for you to meet "James Herriott" in person! The best we've done is followed in his footsteps through the Yorkshire Dales - and that's pretty hard to beat. Your photos bring back memories of our many trips to lovely Yorkshire. Thanks and warmest greetings to you from California, Beth
