Hi Lowell, Thanks for your message. No one received the survey, just like no one receives any notification from Webshots when they change their policies or encountering problems. This is why I am not extremely optimistic about this survey. However, I keep hearing MORE AND MORE similiar stories from WS members about the problems we face and the lack of service we receive, so I think it's worth making this effort.
