I enjoyed seeing some of the sights of Downeast Maine that we missed several years ago when we vacationed out there. That Somesville bridge must be the most photographed place in that area! :-)) We were driving by it one morning in 2002 and I had Bob come to a screeching halt so that we could photograph it. Bob and I are retired, still able to walk and really are amateurs, who just enjoy the same hobby. I really appreciate your kind comments though. Oh yes! I agree totally with you. Your photos in this album show sceneries in which to live a very beautiful life. I adore this angle of New England from the soft mists of the morning to the beautiful afternoons, in technicolor, till sweet sunsets. I like very much your pics of the harbour with splendid reflections of the pile houses of the fisherers and the poles in that beautiful stretches of blue water. Adore the deep green grass, the rocky coastline, the beautiful pines. Every time I can I love to watch a TV movie that they broadcast in Italy with the name "La Signora in Giallo" (I think the original name in America is "Murder, She Wrote") with the actress Angela Lansbury, only because it's set in a scenery like these (with a name of fantasy I guess, Cabot Cove).
