Caro Maurizio, ebbene sì, mi sono perso la tua feature! Potrai mai perdonarmi? Purtroppo il lavoro mi fa dedicare poco tempo se non addirittura zero a Webshots e lo dimostrano le mie rare pubblicazioni e così mi perdo quasi sempre le feature degli amici. Non voglio dilungarmi per scriverti la mia ammirazione per la tua tecnica e ancora di più per il tuo "occhio" che vale molto di più di qualunque tecnica e macchina fotografica. Preferisco aggiungere che le tue foto mi sembrano vive e mi regalano suggestioni di luoghi che i miei occhi non hanno ancora visto da vicino. E poi ... sì hai indovinato, c'è una nuova nata nel mio parco macchine: la mia prima reflex digitale! Però non temere, non ho alcuna intenzione di abbandonare la pellicola che riesce ancora a darmi emozioni infinitamente superiori al digitale. Durante il mio ultimo viaggio in Namibia ho usato sia diapo che digitale ... un vero tour de force e alla fine posso confermare che la pellicola vince ancora, sebbene anche il digitale stia acqustando il suo fascino. Hi, I have enjoyed your photos especially of Sicily. My mother lived in Alcamo,Sicily till she was 6 years old. I am always looking for pictures of where she once lived.I am 69 and too old to travel. When I was young we had 8 children and couldn't afford to travel to far. We did live in NJ USA and moved to FLORIDA USA 37 years ago. My husbands family were from Norway and Sweden and I have found some wonderful people and photos of Bergen, Norway. I think it is wonderful that we can share our beautiful pictures.I would never see these places without people like you. Thank you so much. Dear maurizio. Again you came with a most beautiful albom. And when you take the phootos, and especialy in places I was befor, I can see what I forget to cach. You have a wonderful tuch with phootos, and that's why I am allways waiting for a new albom of you. You know that I was in sicily on Oktober 2 years ago, and some places you cach in your camera are allso in my 2 alboms - Palermo and Sicily. I loved your phootos from Moreale, after I had visited the catedral, I did not went to the monestery, and now I can see what I loos. Erice no 12, we allmost the same phooto...I loved phooto no 10 from Sagesta and the play with the coloms. (I will tell you the truth, I took the phootos from the temple from far away, as I was to tired this day to climmb from the cofffe house to the temple....) In fact, I was few days in Palermo , and then I made a turn to the south , took one night at the beautiful Caltegirone, and then Catania and for few nights at Taurmina, that remind me Sorento...But Sorento is in my eyes nicer... Sicily is very nice and interting - but noting is alike the Sorento=Amalfi way......Ran

Il confronto fra le tue foto e le mie mostra la differenza entra la tua visione caldo, veramente italiano e dell'altra parte la mia, piu fredda distanza, non credi? Era anche molto freddo in aprile.
