Serves me right for going out last night - everyone else has got it and spiked my guns (if you know that phrase) What a beautiful place Maui is, especially as viewed through your magic lens. You start off in great form with all those lovely sunsets and then give us beautiful beach and coastal shots in 8, 11, 12, 20, 28 and 53 where you have used the rule of thirds to create photographic perfection. The hibiscus in 13, 15, 22 and 26 are real beaut specimens (remember that expression please!!) and I love the mountains, peaks and rainforest glimpses. The birds are gorgeous in 49, 50, 51 (and 52 and 54 of course LOL) and 58 is an absolute winner. An all round super album which should speed you on your way to 400,000. Ripper stuff mate. My dear Katja, First, my congratulations on reaching the magic number 300,000! You are on your way to the million mark - after this latest paradise album the new goal should be within reach and soon! After all that has been said by your dearest Webshots friends (and mine), what can I say that has not already been said? It is a magnificent, supercallifragilisticiexp ialidocious collection of the best of one of my favorite Hawaiian islands! Even without your usual appropriate captions (I am sure they will follow) , I love the variety of beautiful scenes from ocean and palms to flowers, people, and other sights of Maui like the Iao Needle. Your photography is a credit to your artistic talent for crisp and clear, well composed photos - with some help from your new D70. I absolutely love it, have high hopes that it will catch the eyes of the WS picker, and at least get you some view statistics - even if WS no longer can give us the downloads. WOOOOOOOOOW !! Really this a Natural Paradise!! I'm thinking mainly at shots 8 and 53 (but I must admit that also 52 and 54 aren't bad ..... eh eh eh). My compliments my Friend for this wonderful collection and ALL my envy for your trip in a so wonderful place (poor Calabria....) Your macros and close ups are as usual really Great (15, 16, 24, 25, 36 and 41 are the Best in my opinion), but also when you use your zoom the result is excellent like in 55 (a beauty), 58 and 59. Thanks for this gift and to show me Haway beauties (and beauty ... eh eh eh)... Waiting the feature we will enjoy with you for your GREAT result (300.000 it's a BIG number!!). I can make that a unanimous four! I always look to see what new gems I can find hidden in your collection of wonderful albums but managed to miss this one every time. Maui is Les's favorite place on the planet and he introduced me to its wonders almost immediately after we met. I fell in love with it then, and have fallen in love with it again through your great photos.
