Hi Jayne, beautiful album of scarecrows. I enjoyed looking at each picture and noticing how well they were done. It is the best season for photography, there is so much color and interesting things to capture. Susan

Hi Jayne, We loved the scarecrow weekend photo's, particularly the clown as he was OUR scarecrow! we are emigrating to New Zealand at the end of August, so we will miss out on the 10th anniversary weekend. Perhaps we can set something similar up in NZ in the future and link up! To anyone who has not visited Belbroughton Scarecrow weekend, what are you waiting for? It's a delightful family day out and the weather is usually kind too! 23rd & 24th September 2006.

Hi Jayne. Is that you in front of the door in the "The Sign Above the Door Says "Watch the Birdie" picture?. Nice to see the humorous touch in this picture. Jim, Portadown.

hello and thanks for sharing this album, my question would be if you made these scarecrows or just took pictures, my husband and myself run a pumpkin patch in the united states and would love to ask a few questions about the sunflower one. We would love to have one as large as that one but was wondering what materials were used in making them, if you did not make them then we still appreciate very much that you shared them online, God Bless you this day, Barbara Watkins my email is hiddenvalleyfarm@sbcgloba l.net

Hi Jayne! Pleased I stopped by and found this bright and cheerful album. A Scarecrow Extravaganza is a wonderful idea and the people of Belbroughton are so creative to make these delightful characters. They are all so cute and each has its own beauty. Thanks for sharing.. Gladys, Western Australia.

Hi Jayne, Wow, I am still laughing about all those wonderful ideas for a scarecrow! This Osama bin Raven looks much too friendly, I think and the unemployed guy looks very happy too! I would choose the Cricketer: looks scary but not too scary! Jayne thanks for your nice compliments in my album of Zinnias and bees. You are very kind! Yoav will get your gentle cuddle in a minute, they are just on their way to visit me. Lots of love and a hug from Galit

Hi again Jayne great set of photos, a snapshot of village life! You would not get a w/e like this in a big city would you. There was the same thing in a village next to us the other week but I was too busy to go. My bad news is, I lost a complete album on my computer the other day. My good news is, upgrade to premium is through, so frantically trying to catch up! One of the new albums has something you might like! Eric

Hi Jayne - what fun! This reminds me of the Pumpkin People Festival in Kentville, Nova Scotia; they hold it every fall. ... 'Co-Co the Clown' is a real fence-sitter! 'Fosters Lager' must be some stuff! The 'Dancing Scarecrow Performers' and the 'Morris Dancers' are certainly unique. Ever the teacher - you've imparted lots for us to learn here, Jayne - thanks a lot! Hugs, Judy

Hi Jayne! Great additions - they are all so creative. And I'm very glad to hear you beat the Aussies. We learned a lot about cricket on our last trip and had been following the Ashes tournament but never found out how it finally finished. Hurray! Love, Beth

Hi Jayne, I loved them all but think the Don't drink & Fly is a catchy one. We are starting to get our Halloween contest ready as when I went down town today I saw the merchants putting up their contributions. I will get out with camera in hand when there are a few more of a selection. It is great to see how other countries celebrate their festive occasions. Love 'n hugs Janet

What a lovely album, Jayne. This village has lots of creative people. I had so much fun looking at these pictures. They are all cute in their own way, so I could not pick one as my favourite. Which one were picked out by the jury? Thanks for sharing, I have lot of catching up to do regarding viewing your albums. I am sorry that it took a while before I had the time to visit you, but due to the many reactions I got on being featured, I could not get to you sooner. I did appreciate your reaction on the Autumn Delight album very much. In the meantime I also added a new album, the Last Days of Summer, at this site(evanwely). So if you have some time left over……. Friendly greetings, Els (wely246/evanwely)

Hi Jayne! Delightful album - they are all darling. I think I have to vote for Elvis, though, as my favorite. After all, he is the King. I'm so happy you made this album because Gr####ington was getting ready for a scarecrow contest just as we were leaving, so we weren't able to see them there. Have a great week, and thank you so much for adding me to your favorites. I am honored. With love and hugs, Beth
