I was looking for the creatures and shells that are washed up on the beach, like sand dollars, little ghost crabs, jelly fish, star fish, etc. I live in the center midwest in the USA so I don't get to the Gulf of Mexico very much. I've been to South Padre Island three times, all in the off season. I cannot swim so I can't go snorkeling like you (I sure wish I could!) but I just love your underwater shots. I love your beach shots too of the sea creatures. My favorite place to go would be the beach, any beach, preferably with few people around. Sometimes when the humidity is just right at night and the wind is blowing just so, I can close my eyes and almost smell and feel the sea. So thank you for the pleasure your photos have given me.
