  • You rule! It's nice to see someone else loves Roatan as much as I do. My family are ancestors of the original settlers. As a child born in NYC who spend the summertime in Roatan, I hate the slow hick town. Now as an adult I appreciate it more. Whenever I jump in the sea in Roatan I feel every pressure of everyday life wash away and I feel whole again.

  • Hi The hotels we used are not luxury ones but good enough for us. If I remember correct we paid about 30Usd for a doubleroom on both hotels. When travelling in Honduras please check the guidelines Lonely Planet have to offer so you can get a safe trip.We managed fine but be aware, things happens there. coolmoosedk Leif
