  • Thank You for the Great Pictures!Baptist Valley was my home during my high school years. When I Attended Tazewell High School in 1986,Which In my opinion was the best class of all-time!We had some really great role models. I still remember several student's that I had growed up with that are still hanging around in Tazewell the last time ,I visited!Alot has changed since then but,the biggest thing of all,I noticed was "Play it again Sam's" game room they been closed down for many years. But the scenery has never changed in the several trips,I made over the years to visit my mom. Although your Pictures are very relevant to Tazewell. There are several places you could have mentioned. Some of the City Parks would of been NICE! Robert Eckert Class of 1986 TCVC AND THS www.webtrafficsecret.com

  • It is great to see these pictures. My family has a huge history in Tazewell and south Virginia. I have heard wonderful stories and love Tazewell. If anyone knows some McGuires or Sheets let me know.

  • This album reminds me of my friend Col. Henry Tazewell Waller USMC. His father was a Commandant of the Marine Corp and the Tazewells and Waller families were very closely related as there were many Waller Tazewells. Ray

  • I love your Mailpouch barn photograph as well as your other shots. Gary, you should check out a neat website for barns in many states. (www.ohiobarns.com) for many more of them as well as "See Rock City" Barns and round barns like the ones on my Webshots Albums. Congrats on your great photographs and thanks for sharing.
