• bridget and i took a long train ride to la spezia, where we stayed saturday night
  • sunday we went to cinque terre and decided to hike the 5 towns
  • this is the second town, manarola
  • manarola had a nativity seen set up on their grape vine hills
  • in manarola we stopped for some foccaccia and this stuff made with chickpea flour
  • manarola was the number one producer of grapes of teh 5 towns
  • we climbed up this mountian thing near the town for a gorgeous view

  • vernazza was my favorite town .. we stopped here for a caffe and bathroom break
