Dave and I got caught in a snow storm and I managed to get some nice photos of it from the car. You can actually see the snow blowing in many of these shots.

  • Nice shots of winter. I think this year we will see the snow again. Here it is starting freeze and on mountains are now around 20 cm of snow. What about your country? Greetings from Czech repulic, Petra

  • We haven't seen that much snow since we moved from the Texas Panhandle when we went through a blizzard deluxe there, since it was 20 years ago, we didn't get pics of course. Your album is fantastic great photography. Your imagination is unique and it captures my interest in each shot. Keep up the good work. Thanks for your comments on my Snowdrops Album. Love, Loyce in East Texas

  • Hello Candi, many thanks for visiting my featured history album yesterday. You have some awesome snow scenes here, glad it is very rare we get it like that here. A good job too, even a couple of inches brings the place to a halt! Eric

  • Hi Candi, snow storms are only nice when your sitting in the comfort of your home and you don't have to drive in it.LOL..We just had a big snow storm last weekend and it dumped about a foot or more on us in one day. It was pretty to look at but terrible to try to go anywhere in.You got some great shots but i couldn't help but think your ride home must have been a bit scary. Thanks for sharing and have yourself a great day. Your webshots friend..Claudette

  • Hi Candi! This is certainly a futuristic snow storm (just look at the date, 2008??). Great shots, but it is far too cold for me and I would not like to be out in that, even if it does make good pictures.. Thankyou for your kind words in my Australia Day album, it was fun making the collages.. Best wishes.. Gladys, Western Australia.

  • Candi, I hope we get a few more snowfalls before winter is over, especially if they are as pretty as this one! I love "the snow has just begun." I'll look at this album again to help me cool off when I am sweltering in the heat this summer. I love snow! Andrea

  • Dear Candi, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE.... this album!!! This is probably the closest I am going to get to any snow this year and it was great to see it falling, on the trees, the road, blowing sideways, makes me feel like I was there! Thanks so much for sharing your winterwonderland with me, Hugs, Candy

  • Hi Candi, Loved these pixs because I love storms. I especially enjoyed viewing the pictures while sitting in my cozy, warm, computer room. We got quite a storm last Friday and I took a few pixs from the window--wasn't brave enough to get out there and actually drive in it!! Huggs!!! Linda

  • Hi Candi! What a wonderful album. I've driven in that stuff, like you and it's not fun!!!!!!! You really captured the essence of the snowfall and have some beautiful photos. I'm so glad that you got home ok. We still have almost no snow. It could hit anytime, as you well know. Love n hugs, Sharon

  • Hi Candi! It probably wasn't a lot of fun but it sure looked good. Isn't nature funny? You are freeezing your backsides off and we are copping 100 degree temperatures. I'm not sure which is worse. At least the snow looks pretty. Catch you later mate. Hugs Al

  • Hello Candi, Yes, you definitely got the storm and such weather is always the proverbial double edged sword, it is fascinating and beautiful to see but potentially hazardous to be out in it. I'm glad you got the beauty and also home safely to share it. We had the same type weather that day but the snow is all gone now. It is more like March than January here; really a strange Winter. Greetings to Dave and Bug and I hope all are well. Love and hugs and God bless, Carl

I got a good chuckle out of that one.....ya did it again....LoL....finding the obvious in a situation; which I love by the way. Thanks for your share luv....Vicki
