GalPal from Houston..I selected your awesome capture of Mt Hood from the Portland Rose Garden to use in the Awesome Word of God Vol 4 album...I've been there & brings back some very fond me ories of my visit to the Pacific Northwest..Maybe someday God willing I can return for another visit as I missed so much of the awesome scenery which God created out there...God's Blessings from Celina...Ken <>< <>< <><

Wonderful shots of Portland, I still live in Oregon but now at the So. end. Next spring hope to make it to Portland to visit my sister and the beautiful gardens they have to offer there. Enjoyed a flash from my past. Take care, Laura

My dear Marita, another great tour around this great city! I'm a lucky person having you as a tour guide! Thank you so much for this so nice stroll and for sharing these excellent shots. Yesterday, in my mail I forgot answering you about that TV contest. It's one of those typical contest with general culture questions. I haven't the least chance of winning, but I'm going anyway... At least I'll see the environment, lol. They have called me on the phone yesterday, they wanted me for the first session at 20, this month, but I cannot because I'm going to Seville, days 20 and 21. So, they say they will call me later, for sure! I must begin practising my trivial pursuit again, lol. Another great afternoon at the beach today, but not as Wednesday, Wednesday has been a really special day! Bug hugs and kisses, Rosa

Hello Marita, I so enjoyed finding your albums today, and seeing Portland through the eye of your photography. I love this city, spend lots of time there as I only live 110 miles south outside of Eugene. Hope you will visit my Oregon albums too. I'll be back to see more. Your photography is beautiful. Linda (Oregon)

You were so fortunate to have such good weather for all those photos. Every time I've been there, it has rained the entire week! Did you meet the Spoonman at Saturday Market? Sure looks like a lot of fun, as do the farmers' markets. Thanks for the tour through a different set of eyes. Charlotte in El Paso

Hi Marita, Das u boat frightened me to death, and I loved the Canadian tourests, I see Mt Hood and Mt St Hellens, but not Rainier, never mind they told me I was lucky to see all three at the same time. I just love the States all of it, My daughter lives mear Olympia, Washington , I found all the Western States wonderful. Now a doodlebug, during the War was the nickname for the V1 rockets fired on London, the locals called then that because of the sound of the engines knowing that when it cut out it was coming down. There were not any at all out in the country most of them fell on London, I hope that explains my pathetique joke, and being ex Navy das u boat scared me to death lol take care my friend and glad you liked my fun album Ken xx

Hello Marita, Thanks for visiting my Rome album and for your entry in the guestbook. That brought me to your albums and I enjoyed your Oregon album, great photos! I've seen a lot of beautiful pictures of Portland and I think my favorite is "Broadway Bridge Symetry". Wonderful colour and composition! Greetings from The Netherlands, Tjebbe
