  • Hi Barbara...This is a wonderful album. I really like the shot of the St. George Hotel and the view of it snowing in the mountains. I love the castle and you show us so many beautiful rooms there. It is really magnificent. The gardens shown from the castle are awesome, but also I love the view of the mountains in the shot. I like all the door shots and especially the typical house...it looks very nice. The window shots are so nice to see too. The vies of the mountains are stunning and I love them all. I love the village shot from the museum. It looks so nice to see all the buildings and the mountains closeby. Your shot of the main street through the arch is a very artistic shot. I loved seeing how the cheese is made in the big copper kettle. I love cheese! It looks so good. I enjoyed travelling with you through these albums. hugs and love, Barbara

  • If only we could smell also the cheese about to be born - awesome views. Gruyères, this beautiful old city, is indeed worth to be visited by every Switzerland traveller - and no doubt many inhabitants of Switzerland have no idea what a jewel this small city is! Thank you for this excellent reportage! MaPa
