  • WOW!!Cannot express the wonder I felt when visiting this album. What a superb job you have and given us so much information, not to speak of all the albums you have provided for us to see. You truly are the WORLD TRAVELER who has seen soo much and presented for others to enjoy. Many thanks from myself and Galen...Trudy

  • Hello Jacques - you are a marvel! I am always amazed at your talent and this album reinforces that amazement. Your wood carving is fabulous. I would love to see that museum in your flat some day - it must rival the Louvre in diversity and beauty of objects. I am also amazed at the breadth of your travels - you should have a television series for travelling photographers :-) With much affection, Beth

  • I can only think of one word to comment on the extent of your travels = amazing ! That requires some energy - both mental and physical. What an interesting album ! And all the work you did to comment on each photo is really enjoyable and educational. I can sure appreciate your interest in visiting so many places. And I can definitely understand how one wants to collect art objects from everywhere. Sure enjoyed seeing some your collection. And reading you profile - I can sure be in agreement with your view. I traveled across France twice on my way to N. Africa. Sure did not see enough. Your album was very interesting. Sincerely, Gary, Seattle, USA

  • Hey, I do like this album. In answer to your question about why the wires start so far from the center in the spiderweb's center, I don't have a clue. Dianna I do appreciate you leaving a comment, however.

  • Jacques, a superb collection of art objects from your travels. One day, who knows, these may be seen on the TV show called 'Antiques Roadshow' not sure if you have that in France but it is very popular in many countries. Eric

  • My goodness, Jacques! What a wonderful and precious collection you have here from your travels! Though I can relate to many of them, it is often difficult to remember the exact names. Your collection is not only artistically photographed but also well captioned. As you rightly say, these artifacts are not often expensive, but one must have the willingness to find space in the suitcase to carry them, especially in long journeys. I salute you for having taken the trouble to catalog all these wonderful collections. Your self created work is indistinguishable from the originals. Best wishes to Pierre and you, Suresh
