• You're right, this is a great album, Bill. I'm glad you appreciated my "The Smell of Diesel in the Morning" album today. Thanks so much for your great comments. I'm not a Webb, just had to pick something unique when I chose my Webshots name. So I picked Alanweb. I am an Alan though and grateful for you kind comments and visit. Alan

 • Hello Bill. Thank you very much for your more than nice comment in my last featured albom " Wonders of Capadokia". This albom is great, I loved the colors of the trees and the most impressive galery of old houses. Thank you . RAN

 • Hello Bill. I have been meaning to get an email off to you all weekend, but have been so busy here at home, that I forgot. One of the little ones had a "tail" issue yesterday and she was bleeding quite badly. Got it under control in short order, but it always stresses me out when they are not doing well. I have been keeping an eye out of all my ewes since each one has an issue at the moment. Heather's foot is still a problem; Sheila has two half-dollar sized lumps right behind her front leg from prior shots; and Hana is due in a week! The tail are off all the babies with the exception of Andre! Maybe tomorrow or the next day. Then, once Hana has her little one, I am back having the vet out for shots at one week for the babie(s) and Hana, then again at three weeks for the keds shots, etc. My vet asked why I did not have all the ewes lamb at the same time. If I could have, I would have! It isn't my fault that Hana decided not to take the first time around and waited another month before she did. lol The vet said she probably aborted the first one because of her age. Work is starting to pick up because we are irrigating on Monday (tomorrow). I will most likely be pulling out my hair by the end of the week. My grandson's birthday is coming up and I will be making that trip to No. California on the 19th, just for 1 1/2 days. To many things to do and not enough time. You know how that is. Well my friend, I must run for now. I am so tired tonight that I think I will turn in early. Take care. Hugs, Lynn

 • Hi Bill, thanks for your return comments on your trip to HI and I couldn't agree more heartily, it's a place WE didn't want to return from either!!! ... I'm glad you liked my photos of our Austria/Switzerland trip; the Salzkammergut region is astounding. ... Now for Ashland, this is a terrific album from the beautiful old courthouse to the beyond-repair home, every shot is wonderful and you share the feeling of the town. I loved your shot of what *I* call traditional Dogwood and as for the homes, I'd happily take 427 Walnut St, Pat's grandparents' home or 47 Crawford and be a very happy CAMPER!

From one Nana to the hubby of another, Judy

 • Hello Bill. Great hearing from you the other day. Been so busy at work with the irrigation season just starting and new procedures that we are starting this year. Fiscal year starts July 1st and annual billing goes out at the end of this month. So, I have been swamped. You asked when/where is my next photo-op! Well, I would love to visit Crater Lake before all the snow is gone, but with gas prices so high, don't know if I will make it before summer. Of course, sheep are always good to shoot! (oops!) I have the last one due in a little over a week, so will take more images then of everyone. Adam lost his tail today, so the others will be following suit here shortly. I am also making a trip to No. Cal for grandson's 7th birthday on the 19th, which is just until the morning of the 21st. I always take images of Mt. Shasta and whatever strikes my fancy along the way. My next really big event is Yosemite in September. Were I work, does not allow summer vacations or time off, so will be limited to just weekend type excursions. I might have to start a special fund for the D200 body! It will take me 3 years to save up enough money to get that big boy. How do you like it so far? Heard it eats batteries and memory, but that is to be expected on the memory because of the megapixel increase. Hope this finds you and your lovely wife doing well. Hugs, Lynn

 • Hi Bill. Many thanks for your more than nice words in my last featured albom on Ceasrea. I'm "jealous" on your Nikon D200 Camera. I have "only" the nikon 8800 and it's far away from yours... I was going to buy the Nikon D 70 s, and later I tought to buy the 30d of Kenon, and I'm still checking....Your photos are very good , and I loved this albom very much. Later on I'm going to check your other work of art. From Israel - Ran

 • Good Morning Bill. We have been out of touch for a couple weeks. How are things with you? I see I have been following you on the guestbook entries for the past few days. My body is still trying to adjust to the time change. It takes me about a month or so to finally settle in. The babies are growing so fast! Sheila's two have the scours the past couple days and have been treating that. Sheila has a very delicate tummy and it looks like she has passed that along to both her kids. Heather's boys are terrific. Hana is due in 20 days. It seems that my life has been revolving around sheep for months now. Our weather is finally changing to spring. I see this morning that we are going to have some rain today, but for the next 10 days, SUNSHINE!!! And we are suppose to hit 72 degrees! Yipee!!! We get so excited about the simple things here in Southern Oregon. lol Work is going really well. I have cut my hours back again since most of the mess has been cleaned up, plus I get a raise next week! Things are moving up town! Well, must run and see what Laura and Paul are doing. Have a great day and a wonderful week my friend. Hugs, Lynn

 • Bill, I love your work and when I have more time I'll return to see more, but now I want to thank you for your kind comment on my featured "Florida Birds" last week. Easter kept me busy so I'm just getting to thank you. ... I'm glad you liked my "pets." ... Warm regards, Judy aka L@dybug

 • Good morning my friend. I had to come back again for another look. This album has "feature" quality written all over it. You are definitely getting used to your camera. Hope you have a great week. Hugs, Lynn

 • Hi Bill, Believe it or not, I have been through Ashland before. It is really an out of the way place, and I enjoyed the return trip with you. Years ago I got a speeding ticket in Walnut, not too far away, and was hauled to a local Justic of the peace, where I had to pay the fine on the spot! So many of the North Mississippi small towns are beautiful and interesting places to visit. Ashland reminds me so much of my boyhood hometown about that size in North Central Alabama. - Steve

 • Thank you so much for your kind words in my featured album, Bill. It made my day. I had so many reactions, that it is almost impossible to have a look at your pictures at the moment. I hope to return later to your albums. Groeten, Mieke

 • Good Morning Bill. I am so impressed with this album! It is like stepping back in time and enjoying the simple life once again. The boys are growing like weeds and I can see who is Nana's boy! lol The court house night images are just awesome and exquisite at the same time; if that can happen. Possum are amazing creatures and I have not seen one since I live on our farm in the 1960's. Scared me to death because it ran over my foot. It was nighttime and I was out in the barnyard feeding calves, when I saw the "cat!" Well, it wasn't a cat but a possum! Our doberman get him and saved the day, well, night. Thank you for the invitation. I loved making the journey with you. Hugs, Lynn

 • Hi Bill, This is an album full of charm and grace of a place where lives seem to move at a more manageable pace. Greetings from Florida, Paul. P.S. When I got the bike, Honda didn’t make a 350 (I don’t even think they made cars), just a 305 and this 450 which had just arrived in the states. I too was somewhat conversant with those speeds on the roads around Augusta, GA. Oh by the way, as I remember it, that bike was also a girl magnet.
