  • Hi Leslie! Kyoto is the quintessence of the old Japanese architecture. You have brought this out so well in this album. One could marvel, contemplate and absorb all the beauty sitting on a bench there or by just looking at your photographs. This album is very beautiful. Take care! Thanks for all the nice comments in my Suzhou album. Truly appreciate them. Best wishes, Suresh

  • Hi Leslie! Such a beautiful album you have here... I loved all the photos, specially the wonderful gardens. Great colors! Japanese really know about gardens! I loved your detailed captions, they are much useful for us to have an idea of what we are seeing. Great job! Warmest greetings from Portugal, Rosa

  • Leslie - what a winner, this album. Makes me want to pack my backs and make another trip back to Japan! These awesome temples and gardens. The blazing maples a spectacle like i've seen nowhere else. I was in Tokyo Dec 7, and the colours were still so incredible, I can't even imaging what it would be like at the height of the season! Great Album! have a wonderful weekend! Marita

  • Hi Leslie, I enjoyed flying with you to Japan. My favorites are your pictures of the gardens but I like them all. Thanks for visiting my Urban Reflections album. Most of the pictures in my new album are from Israel but some are from Italy, Croatia and New Zealand. It seems that urban landscapes are similar everywhere. Take care, Yair.

  • Hi Leslie, I've done quite a bit of travelling but haven't been out East other than India. Your images only confirm that it is a vibrant part of the world rich in culture and colour. Somewhere on my places to go list. Thanks for sharing. Craig from Scotland

  • For those who have visited my Japan album before. I took advantage of the recent changes to split the Japan album in half and insert Korea where it rightfully belongs. Flew Vancouver to Oahu, to Tokyo, to Kyoto, to Hong Kong and then home. Come fly with me! Leslie

  • Hello Leslie... A pleasure to meet you! Looks like I could be the first here - what an honour! It's a beautiful album. Thank you for visiting my albums and for your kind messages. I am going to spend some time visiting your albums - but I have some new pics to upload first. Guess what? Some bluebells that are a lilac colour - most unusual and you might like them. Be back later! Mandy
