Hi Sharon, this was a is a most enjoyable album, which I enjoyed viewing very much. I for one truly love our rivers, as they all have a story to tell, and this river is full of stories I am sure. Loved all your captions, a delight to read, with your humour added. Loved all the greenery and the fall colors. Just for the record I am still in the 3 a week group, but neglected to put the year, which I have corrected now. They are always up front...Always great to hear from you...Thanks for viewing my video, yes my niece Heather is a very talented young lady...Take care now...Larry

Hi Sharon, many thanks for the invitation to view this album; sorry I took so long to get here. I enjoyed this less mighty aspect of the Mississippi, and it looks like you had a lot of fun along the way. Hugs and warm greetings from Keith in glorious sunny Sydney.

Hello Sharon. Thanks for the invite. Looks a lovely tranquil place to visit. Noticed your fall colours are begining to appear. Our leaves haven't started to turn just yet, but I dare say it won't be too long now before they do. Have a great weekend. Hugs, Jayne xx

Hi Sharon! Thank you for inviting us to this beautifully illustrated voyage to the legendary river! No doubt that even far away from you, e.g. here on the Old Continent, everybody "knows" the Mississippi, the young people long before knowing of the existence of other big rivers. We remember our emotion when we crossed the Mississippi many many years ago, spending a night at Greenville, on the way from Little Rock to Monroe... - Again thanks so much for your so nice album. On our side, you may find two new albums of our Brittanny vacations, on oertlif_3. -All the best from Kaethi and Henri!

Dear Sharon, What a gorgeous fall album and your shots of the Mississippi are divine! I love the reflections of the sky in the water and oh yes, that beauty in red is a sight to see, lol. I will come back later to download most of these and to comment on each photo, Teddy is impatiently waiting to go to the park. Much Love, Candy

You certainly did take a different tack than I did on my Itasca State Park album. It is interesting to see all the colors when it is still mostly green here in Maryland. Nice set.

wow, I remember the Mississippi as it looked in the twin cities but never imagined it EVER being this small inside the USA...I once made the trip to where the Columbia flows into the country but it was a huge river even coming out of Canada. This is really cool and enlightening! Very fine shots of a unique and beautiful corner of our country...Thank you! Les in Alaska

Hi Sharon...Looks like a nice place to walk around and enjoy the day. I especially love the autumn leaves on the trees. These are really pretty and especially the roadway through the woods with the yellow leaves all around. hugs and love, Barbara
