About the flash, I have a Canon 580EX Speedlite. It's a great semi-pro unit with 58 mt range. But the real boons of external flashes, apart from power, is the swiveling head for bounce effects and the distance of the light from the lenses, that avoids red-eye completely :o) It's a pain to carry and makes the camera even bulkier, heavier and more conspicuous, but I'm not using a built-in unit anymore! Shalom My Dear Yair, I finaly got a 2 hr break here so the 1rst thing I had to do was come back to this album & redownload nearly every image! This is my favourite Album full stop right now Yair.. it's so very beautiful & makes me feel grounded in the most delightful way while I,m on the move working. I had only finished downloading this album while in Iraq Yair & a few days later BOOM all my computers, cameras & equipment got blown to kingdom come just outside of Baghdad onroute to be flown out.. talk about crazy timming. Don,t worry I or the others didn,t get hurt, just a few scratches & loss of hearing for a day or 2. The worst thing was I blew my temper totaly as soon as I knew no one was hurt, scaring the blazes out of every Soldier from the privates to the 3 Captians who just had that I want my mama look across their faces as I,m ranting & kicking a tank no less, Shephard just cracked up laughing which saved me from making a total fool out of myself:-))... at least all the footage & proofs had already be sent ahead so I can,t complain. They had everything replaced & up & running within 7days.. I just couldn,t beleive that the 2 times I get all my gear blown up had to happen in Iraq not more than 2 yrs apart. This is turning into a letter sorry. Thanks so much for your comments in my fall album & others Yair, I love being in Virginia at fall time, Lord it is so Amazingly Beautiful, crisp & smells wonderful too. I only got a few days this year but did get a large shoot in which is good. I pray all is well with you my friend & once again This album is So Stunning! I'm sure Maria would concur with you :o) But I had that album ready since 2 weeks ago, right before the flat move when I lost broadband. It has been very frustrating not being able to upload the pics :o( Hopefully tonite I'll be able to do so. I moved many album from various subchannels to UK, in order to have a better ranking there. Still, I feel we should be able to assign more than 1 category to an album. I'll put my next one under UK too, even if "Fall colors" would be more appropriate, but it would be lost in that category. I'd say that right now the only feature that counts is the photo feature on the homepage or on the first-level channel pages. The rest is fluff... Of all my albums, just about the 4-5 "famous" ones generate 80% of new views/downloads/comments. The only "outsider" is the big cats album that is doing fairly well (albeit far from the glory of the Moscow album) even if it has never ever been featured :o) Ciao! Roberto

After a couple of days I would rate the gain in views from the spotlight feature around 2-3K :o) Nothing to brag about, but still quite pleased on how the Moscow album is performing: it has been my superstar for the last 3-4 weeks and pretty much it's the only one that attracts comments from people that I did not previously know :o) Ciao! Thanks for your answer so quickly Yair! Yes, I did create that album on the 24th--your birthday. Hope you had a really happy birthday. My brain has been concentrating on St. Louis Cardinals baseball and watching them win the World Series (on TV, no in person) and visiting our little grandson in another town yesterday, so time is a blur. I'm a total crazy baseball nut and now will have to go through withdrawal for the winter months until they start back up playing next spring. Guess we're going to have to start taking videos if we want anything to work on Webshots, huh? Well, I had a private dummy album where I put pics before titling them and moving to a public album. I tried to do the move from the office, but I could not create a new album thru the web and the client sw doens't connect to WS here, thus I changed title of the dummy album and made it visible. With hindsight, I should have waited the evening to create a new album from home, but I'm not known for my patience ;o) Hope this won't hurt the album's stats! :oD (like it matters much now...)
